Return Policy
American Hemp Oil, LLC is not processing refunds or replacements for delayed packages. Due to ongoing delays with USPS attributed to the current COVID pandemic, all packages are taking extended amounts of time to reach their destination. (12/2020) A package may be considered LOST after 35 days. If there has been no movement on a package after 35 days, please contact support at americanhempoil dot net and we will determine appropriate steps. We apologize for any inconvenience.
By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). - If the products arrive damaged in any way, or the product you received is not correct, please contact us and we will take care of the issue for you ASAP.
- Please note that American Hemp Oil does not have a money-back guarantee. CBD affects everyone differently. We are not able to accept opened or used products for return under any circumstances.
- American Hemp Oil will only accept returns from purchases made on AmericanHempOil.net. American Hemp Oil will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
PROCEDURE TO MAKE RETURN:
- Email us at support@americanhempoil.net
- Please send the product back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Once we receive the product, unopened and undamaged, the credit card used for your most recent purchase of an item will be refunded less shipping costs and processing ($10).
- Returns must be requested within 15-days of the original product received date.
Refunds issued are for the price paid by the customer for the product and specifically excludes costs of shipping and any applied discounts.
All returns are subject to strict review and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of American Hemp Oil, LLC. American Hemp Oil, LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits, at any time, for orders that exhibit indications of fraudulent behavior or abuse.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:

We at American Hemp Oil want to make sure you fully understand everything about CBD Oil before you start taking this amazing product.
